Is GSTIN mandatory to become a product vendor on Fluffyn?
Yes. A valid GSTIN is required for all product vendors on Fluffyn. This is necessary for invoicing, tax compliance, and payout processing. Vendors without GSTIN are not eligible to list products on the platform.
Who handles fulfilment and delivery for orders on Fluffyn?
Product vendors are responsible for their own fulfilment and delivery. Fluffyn provides order management tools and buyer communication through the Partner App, but the vendor is responsible for packing, shipping, and timely delivery. Integration with third-party logistics partners is supported through the app.
How does GST invoicing work for Fluffyn vendor transactions?
When a buyer places an order, Fluffyn generates a GST-compliant invoice using your GSTIN and product details. The invoice is automatically made available in your partner dashboard. Vendors are responsible for filing their own GST returns based on these transaction records.
