  • Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by you on any electronic device, named Fluffyn.
  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to FLUFFYN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, Balewadi High Street.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.
  • Service refers to the Application.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before it is handed over to you at your doorstep.

Once we receive and confirm your cancellation request, we will initiate the refund process. If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 to 14 working days. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We will use the same method of payment that you used for placing the order, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Pet Sales (Non-Returnable)

All pet sales are final, and we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Pet Products (Returns & Refunds)

For pet products purchased through third-party vendors on our platform, return and refund policies may vary depending on the vendor. Users are advised to review the vendor-specific return policies before making a purchase. Fluffyn acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for fulfilment, returns, or disputes.

Pet Adoption (Non-Refundable)

Adoption-related payments, including donations or adoption fees, are non-refundable. Once an adoption request is processed and approved by the respective adoption partner, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Post-Purchase Support

If you have any concerns regarding your pet's health or behaviour after purchase, we recommend consulting a veterinarian or an animal care professional.

We are happy to provide guidance and resources to help you care for your pet.
