This Delivery Policy applies to all pet product orders placed through the Fluffyn app or website (fluffyn.co.in). Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Delivery Coverage

Fluffyn currently delivers pet products to serviceable pin codes across India. Coverage varies by vendor and product. You can check delivery availability at checkout by entering your pin code.

Currently active cities include Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, and Kolkata, with ongoing expansion.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 5–10 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to product availability, logistics partner capacity, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather events. Fluffyn is not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on the vendor, product weight, and delivery location. Applicable charges will be displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

Some vendors may offer free delivery above a minimum order value. This will be indicated on the product listing page.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order in real time within the Fluffyn app under My Orders.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to the vendor and a refund will be initiated (minus any applicable return shipping charges).

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order. Fluffyn is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund, subject to verification. Perishable items (e.g., pet food) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Marketplace Note

Fluffyn acts as an intermediary marketplace. For products fulfilled by third-party vendors, delivery is managed by the respective vendor and their logistics partner. Fluffyn will assist in dispute resolution but is not directly responsible for vendor-managed deliveries.

8. Pet Purchases

This Delivery Policy applies to pet products only. Pet purchases (dogs, cats, and other animals) are subject to in-person handover or separate pet transport arrangements agreed upon directly between the buyer and the verified breeder or adoption partner.
